Eat Drink Fun Partners with Inspired Italy
Eat Drink Fun is proud to partner with Inspired Italy, a leading provider of Dolomites Ski Safari Adventures.
For over a decade, Tim and Louise Hudson and their team at Inspired Italy have welcomed skiers for a week-long experience that is truly unique to the Dolomites: a hut-to-hut ski safari. No other ski region supports on-piste, multi-day exploration of over 1,200 kilometers of expertly groomed terrain. Because skiers spend each night on top of the mountain, often in a different chalet-rifugio night, they enjoy fresh tracks and empty slopes at the start of each day.
In 2026, the Dolomites welcome the Winter Olympics. Inspired Italy has developed a special program for 2025/2026 highlights the best of the region, and ski safari guests can rest assured that they will seamlessly enjoy it all in style while avoiding major crowds.
Very few places remain available for the 2025/26 ski safari season - contact Eat Drink Fun or Inspired Italy directly to secure you adventure!

My interview with Tim Hudson of Inspired Italy.
Tripadvisor awarded Inspired Italy its Travelers’ Choice Award for 2025.
What makes Inspired Italy so special?
They go just that little bit further than the others, to find a new breath-taking view, taste a new dish, find an exhilarating descent or carve a tighter corner.
Decades of experience and local knowledge in the Dolomites.
They follow their own routes and tend to stay away from others (focus on exclusivity).
They avoid the crowds and they believe that the best experiences are always shared with a few friends.
