Good to Know

  • Most accommodations (~95%) rent either Saturday–Saturday or Sunday-Sunday (weekly basis).

  • Minimum 7-night stays during European school holiday period for hotels, apartments, & chalets.

  • To obtain accurate offers, guests are requested to provide the number of adults and children (the age of each child is material for pricing each offer), and preferred accommodation arrangement (single room, double room, connected room for kids, etc.).

  • Quotes and holds depend on rate releases and supplier availability (most hotels hold an offer open for 48-72 hours).

  • Bundled billing: We may invoice you directly for services we arrange — e.g., special experiences, events, and activities. 

  • Venue/Vendor-billed items: Restaurants, groceries and private chef/catering fees are paid directly to the venue/vendor; EDF may secure the reservation for you, but for guest privacy, data protection, and direct communication convenience, we ask guests to engage directly with vendors to facilitate deposits and final payments.

  • EDF does not schedule or provide flights, as it is a consulting service and not a travel agency.
