Custom Adventure Design | Ski Somm® Consulting: what you receive
1. Custom Adventure Design (initail 30-minute consultation $250)
30-minute in-depth video consultation
Ski resort / destination recommendation matched to guest preferences, needs, & goals
Guidance regarding the best-time-to-travel (snow surety, price fluctuations, public & holidays)
Accommodation quotes (up to 3) within 48 hours of the consult*
2. Hourly Ski Somm® Consulting ($500/hour)
Detailed trip coordination, which may include:
Travel dates and destination selection based on guest tastes, expectations, and needs.
Accommodation selection and coordination.*
Transportation (including chauffeur, private transfers, rental car, or public transit)
Assorted local logistics, such as lift passes, ski rental, ski school, private guides, and special activities and experiences, booked as requested (supplier rates separate)
Pre-travel support (Mon–Fri)
*Quotes are sent immediately once vendors provide offers. Costs for accommodation, flights, transfers, and other third-party services are separate from consulting fees.
Even if you decide Eat Drink Fun® is not the right fit for your trip, at the end of your complementary initial consultation you will have a better travel plan and insider tips that will help you avoid costly mistakes.

4. Ski Sommelier Concerige - In-Person
Half-day curated ski and wine experience led by a Ski Sommelier™ includes 1 wine tasting and escort to lunch.
Full-day in-person ski and wine experience led by a Ski Sommelier™ includes 2 wine tastings, escort to lunch, and escort to après ski.
Included: wine tastings, small bites, and water
Excluded: resort vendor costs (e.g., ski lift passes and equipment rental), meals, additional wines, spirits, or beverages.
Good to Know
Most accommodations (~95%) rent either Saturday–Saturday or Sunday-Sunday (weekly basis).
Minimum 7-night stays during European school holiday period for hotels, apartments, & chalets.
To obtain accurate offers, guests must provide the number of adults and children (included ages for children, as this impacts each offer), and preferred accommodation arrangement (single room, double room, etc.).
Quotes and holds depend on rate releases and supplier availability (most offers must be confirmed within 48-72 hours).
Bundled billing: We may invoice you directly for services we arrange — e.g., special experiences, events, and activities.
Venue/Vendor-billed items: Restaurants, groceries and private chef/catering are paid to the venue/vendor; EDF may obtain the reservations for you, but for guest privacy, data protection, and direct communication convenience, guests engage restaurants and vendors directly to facilitate deposits and final payments.
EDF does not schedule or provide flights.
