  • Assistance coordinating private transfers (private car, rental car, public transit)

  • Assistance with lift passes, ski rental, ski school & private guides booked as requested (supplier rates separate)

  • Pre-travel support (Mon–Fri)

  • 7-day support while traveling for emergency supplier liaison (German and English language, limited French and Italian)

    *Quotes are sent immediately once vendors provide offers. Costs for accommodation, flights, transfers, and other vendor services are separate from consulting.

  • Included: wine tastings and small bites

  • Excluded: resort vendor costs, meals, additional wines, spirits, or beverages, lift passes, equipment rentals.

    “Unlimited follow-up planning consultations = as many pre-trip calls and emails as needed with priority WhatsApp replies. We coordinate Custom Adventures remotely with your providers (Eat Drink Fun is usually not on-site).

Good to Know

  • Most accommodations (~95%) rent either Saturday–Saturday or Sunday-Sunday (weekly basis).

  • Minimum 7-night stays during European school holiday period for hotels, apartments, & chalets.

  • To obtain accurate offers, guests must provide the number of adults and children (included ages for children, as this impacts each offer), and preferred accommodation arrangement (single room, double room, etc.).

  • Quotes and holds depend on rate releases and supplier availability.

  • Bundled billing: We may invoice you directly for services we arrange — accommodation, lift passes, equipment hire, private transfers, lessons/private guides and winter activities. 

  • Venue-billed items: Restaurants, groceries and private chef/catering are paid to the venue/provider; we handle the reservations for you (VIP tier).

  • EDF does not schedule or provide flights.
